Predictive Features List

A features list was created through industry research. Several articles describe core technology that the market expects to see, or features that are already available in other industries. In reading through those publications, a list of features was extracted and categorized using Miro.

Analysis

Competitive Analysis Matrix

After creating a features list, competitors were cross-referenced. Companies that had easily accessible information were prioritized. Once the matrix was populated, areas in which the company could stand out were identified to highlight the value opportunity in their product.

I identified technical market gaps to influence positioning through competitive analysis for the Predictive Maintenance module, which resulted in an actionable feature prioritization list for the Product Management Team.
