User Interviews | Quantitative Surveys | Personas | Enterprise Product Evaluation
Leidos was implementing a remote desktop service to allow employees to access information from a non-company asset, while at client sites. As the UX Analyst, I was responsible for generative research, usability testing, and satisfaction surveys.
My data synthesis led to the timely implementation of the remote desktop service for internal employees.
Recruited 13 participants for user interviews
Created an interview script to eliminate bias and maintain consistency
Conducted all interviews as the sole researcher
Created personas based on user interviews (see image)
Created a benchmarking survey to record a baseline for unbiased user feedback and quantitative analysis
Created a customer satisfaction survey to compare results after 30 days of use
Compiled survey results and synthesized data
Created a report that summarized interviews and surveys for the product management team, and the IT product owner
Uncovered most common scenarios for using the new service
Created a list of pain points
Suggested additional apps based on user interviews
My data synthesis led to the timely implementation of the remote desktop service for internal employees by prioritizing features that addressed major user pain-points.
